Sheldon H. F. Marks, M.D. |
|
Laboratory Medical Advisor |
|
|
Dr. Marks is the Medical advisor to Arizona Andrology Lab and Cryobank and
participates in all aspects of planning and supervisory activities within
the lab. He has spearheaded plans to improve the quality of our semen
analysis reporting. Dr. Marks has been working hard to educate the regional
community and other physicians about the valuable role for quality andrology
lab testing and sperm banking for fertility concerns, men about to undergo
cancer therapies such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy of surgery, or men
who are about to embark on dangerous occupations such as those in the
military who are being stationed oversees. In fact, we recently had a large
number of US military men who are being sent to Afghanistan and Iraq come
by to provide sperm for banking. Dr. Marks, the Medical Director of TMI
laboratories and the International Center for Vasectomy Reversal, has been
able to bring together these talented and dedicated people to work together.
This has created a dynamic team to provide the highest level of male
fertility and microsurgery care, which is why this has become known
world-wide as a leading "Center of Excellence." |
